Online Orders
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary and will be automatically calculated at checkout. Please ensure you select your shipping option and enter your details correctly, as incorrect selections may incur additional charges.
Placing an Online Order
To place an online order, follow these steps:
- If an item is in stock, click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page.
- Add all desired items to your cart and click the 'Cart' icon in the top right corner.
- Review your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
- Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Make sure you choose the correct shipping option and enter your details accurately.
- After your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
After Placing an Order
Once you've placed your order, our team will pick and pack it. You'll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Viewing Items Before Purchase
We offer item viewings by appointment only at our warehouse. To schedule an appointment, call us at 0477 015 234. If you're interstate or
unable to visit our warehouse, email us at hello@elizadesignco.com.au for more information, photos, or videos of the items.
Pre-Order
Pre-Orders Terms & Conditions
Eliza Design Co offers pre orders on selected items. Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all online pre orders. While we strive to provide an accurate estimated time of arrival (ETA), these ETAs may change due to factors beyond our control. For more information, please contact us at hello@elizadesignco.com.au.
Refund Policy for Pre-Order Items
Eliza Design Co's standard refund policies apply to pre-order items. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or shipping delays. However, we may provide an exchange or credit note before your pre order arrives, at our discretion.
Understanding Pre-Order ETA
At the time of purchase, Eliza Design Co will provide an approximate lead time for the receipt of your pre-order. This estimate is based on the expected manufacturing and shipping times.
What Happens if My Item Doesn’t Arrive by its ETA?
Delays in the delivery of your pre-order may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as changes in shipping schedules, carrier delays, natural disasters, and raw material shortages. While we estimate ETAs to the best of our ability, these delays do not constitute a breach of contract. Therefore, Eliza Design Co does not offer cancellations or refunds solely due to delays in the estimated time of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
Eliza Design Co accepts all returns for faulty/broken items within 7 days from the item being delivered. To report a broken/damaged item, please email hello@elizadesignco.com.au, with your order number.
For incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind, we offer a credit note or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to arrange the return or exchange.
If your order arrived damaged or faulty from transit, please email hello@elizadesignco.com.au within 72 hours of receiving your order along with images of the damaged/faulty items. If your item was damaged in transit, we may also request images of the packaging for further assessment.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be checked and processed by our team. Once the returned item has been processed, you will receive an email.

Warranty
We offer our customers a standard 12-month warranty for faults/defects. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, normal changes in the surfaces of products with a natural finish with exposure to weather, sunlight and external elements.
