Welcome to Eliza Design Co Pty Ltd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website www.elizadesignco.com.au and the purchase of products from our online furniture and homewares store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

“You” and “your” refers to the user of our website and/or the purchaser of our products.
“Products” refers to the furniture and homewares available for purchase on our website.
Order Process
We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website, including product descriptions and pricing, is accurate. However, we do not warrant that this information is error-free.
To place an order, select the desired products and follow the checkout process. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if the product is out of stock or if there is an error in the pricing or product information.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment for products must be made through the payment methods available on our website. We use secure payment processing to protect your information.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery location. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your products upon receipt and report any damages or discrepancies to us immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
Eliza Design Co accepts all returns for faulty/broken items within 7 days from the item being delivered. To report a broken/damaged item, please email hello@elizadesignco.com.au, with your order number.
For incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind, we offer a credit note or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to arrange the return or exchange.
If your order arrived damaged or faulty from transit, please email hello@elizadesignco.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order along with images of the damaged/faulty items. If your item was damaged in transit, we may also request images of the packaging for further assessment.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be checked and processed by our team. Once the returned item has been processed, you will receive an email.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us to arrange the exchange process.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Warranty
Our products come with warranties as required by Australian Consumer Law. For more details about product warranties, please refer to the product information provided or contact us.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Eliza Design Co Pty Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.
