Shipping & Delivery

Small Items

Please allow up to 3 working days for processing and dispatch of your order. Delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and the shipping method you select at checkout. All items will be shipped via standard shipping unless express shipping is chosen.

Larger Orders and Furniture Items

Larger orders and furniture items, including large pots, will be shipped on Fridays using a specialized furniture courier. Processing and dispatch may take up to 10 working days. Delivery can take up to an additional 10 working days from the dispatch date, depending on courier availability and delivery location. Please note that delivery times are subject to change. Refunds will not be issued for delays due to shipping. If you need your items within a specific timeframe, please contact us at hello@elizadesignco.com.au.

Warehouse Pick-Up

If you are local and prefer to pick up your order from our warehouse, please email hello@elizadesignco.com.au to arrange this. Pick-up may take between 1 to 10 working days, depending on stock availability. If we are awaiting additional stock for your item, we will provide regular updates on when your order will be ready for collection. Our warehouse address will be provided upon confirmation.

International Shipping

Eliza Design Co. offers international shipping to select countries outside of Australia, including New Zealand, the USA, and regions within Asia. If you are located elsewhere and would like to inquire about shipping, please reach out to us at hello@elizadesignco.com.au. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout; for items over 3kg (such as lighting, large homewares, or furniture), please contact us for a separate quote. Orders typically dispatch within 5 working days, and tracking details will be provided upon dispatch. Standard delivery is expected within 7 to 15 working days, though certain destinations may experience longer transit times.

International orders are shipped via AusPost, subject to courier availability. If you need your order by a specific date, please email us before placing an order. The shipping cost does not cover any duties or taxes imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient. For refused deliveries, the customer will bear all duties, taxes, and return shipping fees, which will be deducted from any refunds. Note that items shipped internationally are not insured for loss or damage unless specified. Once your order is dispatched, it is considered the customer’s property, and any loss or damage claims are the purchaser’s responsibility.

For international returns, shipping is at the customer’s expense, and customers should use a courier of their choice. We recommend selecting a courier that provides tracking, as Eliza Design Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Eliza Design Co.
